Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must not be damaged, washed, altered, or used.
• A valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during special clearance sales unless received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
